About the Journal

A monograph is a fundamental work on a specific scientific problem, written by a single author or a group of authors. It contains the history of the subject, the current state of the problem being studied, and possible solutions.
The main objective of a monograph is to present the author's findings in an accessible form. The author presents their results with references to scientific works, including their own, provides arguments and comments, and describes the research methodology.
The publishing house of the Karaganda National Research University named after Academician E.A. Buketov accepts monographs written by individual authors or groups of authors for consideration.
For consideration of a monograph, authors must provide the following documents:
- an application addressed to the Chairman of the University's Academic Council, signed by all authors;
- a printed manuscript of the monograph;
- an electronic version of the monograph;
- original reviews – external and internal;
- an excerpt from a department meeting with a recommendation for publication;
- an excerpt from a meeting of the scientific institute/laboratory where the author(s) present the results of their discoveries to the scientific community;
- an excerpt from a meeting of the Faculty Academic Council confirming that the monograph meets all requirements for scientific publications, is recommended for publication, and is being published for the first time;
- a certificate of absence of plagiarism. The originality of a monograph submitted for publication must be at least 70%.
